What do we do?
Moving Breath offers movement, exercise and wellness classes for adults of all abilities. As we get older the habits we have created in our bodies manifest themselves as aches and pains and it important we dont give in to moving less. Keeping moving in a safe and enjoyable way benefits our bodies and our minds, reducing our stress levels and anxieties. We provide a friendly welcoming environment for you to look after yourself and give yourself some 'me' time. Choosing to drop in whenever you need us or join with a membership to save you money and give you access to lots of new classes, styles and some on demand content.
Finding your way to mindfulness through movment and breathwork.

Where are we? We are on the 2nd Floor of Armentieres House, Armentieres Square, Stalybridge. However the access is through the dance school 'iron gates' entrance on Corporation Street, next to Florence and Amelias.
