Moving Breath supplies movement and dance classes for adults of all abilities. As we get older the habits we have created in our bodies manifest themselves as aches and pains and it important we dont give in to moving less. Keeping moving in a safe and enjoyable way benefits our bodies and our minds, reducing our stress levels and anxieties. In studio and online we provide a friendly welcoming environment for you to look after yourself and give yourself some 'me' time. Choosing to drop in whenever you need us or join with a membership to save you money and give you access to lots of new classes, styles and on demand content.
With skills and qualifications gained over 30 years, Sarah Whitham and the other highly qualified and wonderfully skilled Moving Breath teachers will help you to find mindfulness through dance and movement, Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, Tap, Breath coaching, Tai Chi, Qigong and meditations.
